Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the EU. The shipping costs may depend on your destination country. See below for further details.
How much are the shipping costs?
🇩🇪 Order value up to €50: €3,95
🇩🇪 For orders with a value over €50: Free Shipping
🇪🇺 Order value up to €50: €5,95
🇪🇺 Order value up to €100: €9,95
🇪🇺 For orders with a value over €100: Free Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Usually between 2-7 working days.
However, we do not always have all items in stock and it can sometimes take longer then that. Please understand that, as a small company, we do not yet have a perfect supply chain. We are working on improving this in the future.
If we need to take longer to deliver, we will let you know.
How can I return an item?
It can sometimes happen that a product does not fit the way you want it to fit. This can happen quickly, especially when shopping online. If a product does not fit as expected, you can return it to us for free via the returns portal and receive a different product/size in exchange.
If you are not happy with your order and do not want an exchange, you can also send the product back to us. Use our returns portal and select the appropriate option. Please note that we charge a £4.50 fee for each return.
How do I get refunded?
If you have returned your product to us within the 14-day return policy, we will check your return immediately. Once we have checked it, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
(You may also check your spam folder, if you didn't receive any e-mail.)
You can also check the status on your account.
Can I change my order?
If your order has not been shipped or prepared for shipping yet, you may be able to change your order. Reach out to info@n2apparel.de in case you'd like to change your order.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Credit Card (American Express, Maestro, VISA)

Below are some common questions about our products
What does GSM or g/m² mean?
GSM or g/m² (grams per square meter) is the unit of measurement used to describe the weight of a garment.
Heavier T-shirts have a GSM value of over 200, i.e. our T-shirts with a value of 230 g/m² are somewhat heavy, but not too heavy.
How does the T-shirt fit?
The T-shirt has a classic oversized fit, which means it is slightly longer than normal T-shirts and has a slightly wider/looser cut. The classic oversized fit is completed with slightly dropped shoulders.
